There isn't much of anything I'd rather be doing than picking a jury or delivering an opening statement. I have represented clients in more than 35 jury and non-jury trials, which have involved a wide variety of legal issues, including self-insured workplace injury defense, discrimination, whistleblower, retaliatory discharge, securities fraud, usury, noncompete agreements, mineral lease enforcement, contract disputes, business fraud, and tortious interference, just to name a few.

For the past 16 years, I have concentrated on business and employment disputes, which I have handled at all stages from inception through appeal to the Texas Supreme Court. These include contract issues, partner and shareholder disputes, non-compete covenants and trade secrets, real estate issues, employment litigation and defense of workplace injury claims.
