Pritesh Soni

I focus on representing clients in litigation from the filing of a lawsuit/answer, conducting discovery and depositions, trial and through appeal. I represent individuals as well as major companies and have successfully helped them resolve issues involving Deceptive Trade Practices Act, consumer fraud, breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, employment disputes, commercial fraud, trade secret misappropriations, tortious interference, and patents.
I graduated in the top 15% from South Texas College of Law, made the Dean's List, earned an academic excellence scholarship and am a member of the Phi Delta Phi Legal Honor Society. I also had the privilege to clerk for Judge K. Michael Mayes in the 410th District Court of Montgomery County, Texas. Prior to law, I earned an undergraduate in computer science from the University of Texas at Austin.
With a background in computer science, I have the unique ability to help clients effectively and efficiently resolve disputes involving complicated technology, large amounts of documents, and complex multi-party disputes.
I am licensed to practice law in Texas and before the Southern District and the Eastern District of Texas. I am a member of Texas Young Lawyers Association, Houston Bar Association, American Bar Association, Houston Intellectual Property Law Association and American Young Lawyers Division. I am a member of the Rotary clubs of Houston Skyline. I speak Gujarati, Hindi, and Swahili and can assist clients that speak Spanish, French and German.
